1. About SOUNDS.LK

SOUNDS.LK operates an online store for audio products, accessories and related goods and services. Product availability, supported payment methods, delivery coverage and promotions may change from time to time.

2. Customer accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. Do not share passwords or one-time security codes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security failure for which SOUNDS.LK is responsible.

• Customer accounts must not be used to impersonate another person or commit fraud.
• We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate security, fraud or abuse.
• Staff and administrative access is separate from customer access and is subject to additional controls.

3. Product information

We aim to present accurate product names, specifications, images, compatibility information and descriptions. Manufacturer specifications can change, and colours or appearance may vary by screen or production batch. If a particular specification is essential to your purchase, confirm it with us before ordering.

4. Prices, discounts and errors

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice before an order is accepted. Promotions, coupons and discounts may have eligibility, quantity, date or product restrictions. If a material pricing or listing error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you to confirm the corrected order or cancel and refund any amount already collected, as appropriate.

5. Stock, pre-orders and back orders

In-stock status is based on our inventory records but can change quickly. Pre-order, back-order and coming-soon items have different fulfilment timing from stocked items. An estimated availability date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• In Stock means the item is expected to be available for normal fulfilment when ordered.
• Out of Stock means normal ordering may be disabled until stock returns.
• Pre-order allows an order before normal stock is available.
• Back Order may allow an order for replenishment from a supplier or future inbound stock.

6. Placing an order

Submitting checkout information is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when SOUNDS.LK confirms it for fulfilment or otherwise communicates acceptance. We may perform price, stock, payment, address, fraud and order-validation checks before acceptance. We may contact you if information is incomplete or inconsistent.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cash on delivery, bank transfer and supported online gateways. Online payment approval is determined by the payment provider and does not by itself guarantee fulfilment if an order later fails a legitimate stock, security or validation check. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund or resolution.

8. Delivery and tracking

Delivery charges, eligible areas and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, order value, item type, courier and current operating conditions. Tracking information is provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and reachable delivery address and phone number.

• Delivery estimates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is explicitly sold.
• A courier may require a signature, OTP, identification or other proof of delivery.
• Additional charges caused by an incorrect or inaccessible address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law and disclosed before re-delivery.

9. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after payment processing, packing, handover to a courier or supplier commitment. Where cancellation is accepted, any refund will follow the applicable payment method and processing timeline.

10. Returns, refunds and faulty products

Returns and refunds depend on the product condition, reason for return, warranty terms, applicable consumer law and any return policy displayed by SOUNDS.LK. Do not send a product back without first contacting us for instructions. Faulty or incorrect items will be reviewed using the relevant warranty, supplier and consumer-protection process.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage may be provided by SOUNDS.LK, a distributor or the manufacturer depending on the product. The applicable warranty period and conditions should be confirmed on the product listing, invoice, warranty documentation or with support. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, liquid, impact, incompatible power, normal wear or other excluded causes may not be covered where the warranty terms lawfully exclude them.

12. Reviews, feedback and user content

If you submit a review, rating, support message or other content, it must be lawful, relevant and not misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing or fraudulent. We may moderate or remove content that violates these rules. Verified-purchase labels, where shown, are based on our order records and are intended to improve trust in reviews.

13. AI-assisted information

SOUNDS.LK may use AI to help customers discover or compare products and to help staff prepare product information. AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Product price, stock, payment, order status, warranty and shipment information shown by the authoritative store systems or confirmed by staff takes priority over an AI response.

14. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to interfere with site security, access another person's account, scrape or overload the service in a harmful manner, introduce malicious code, manipulate prices or checkout requests, abuse promotions, or use the service for unlawful activity.

15. Intellectual property

The SOUNDS.LK brand, site design, original text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.

16. Service availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, security incidents or other events can temporarily affect access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

17. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOUNDS.LK is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any specific liability will be assessed in light of the product, transaction, applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the store, services or legal requirements change. The version published at the time of an order will remain relevant to that transaction where required. The latest general terms will be available at this URL.
